Arrival Information for Kijkduinhuis

We look forward to welcoming you to Kijkduinhuis! Below you’ll find all the details for a smooth arrival and a comfortable stay.

Arrival Time

You’re welcome to check in from 15:00.
At the park entrance, you’ll find a barrier. You need to register your car plate at least two days before arrival.
The barries will recognise your car plate and will open automatically.

Finding Kijkduinhuis 188

After passing through the barrier, you’ll see the service point building and parking lot (P2). You can park here during your stay.
Kijkduinhuis is located to the right of the service point building, behind the red-and-white barrier. It’s the third house on the right-hand side, number 188.
On Mondays and Fridays, you can drive directly to Kijkduinhuis for loading and unloading your bagage.
On other days, collect a token from the service point to temporarily open the barrier. After unloading, park your car at one of the designated free parking spots in the park.
Please note it is not allowed to park next to the bungalow.

Key Collection

Use your unique code to open the door, using the keypad. (The code will be sent to you by email).
On the dining table / on the keyboard in the hall, you’ll find the house key and the key to the storage room.
Tip: We advice you to keep using the code.

Swimming Pool Access

Guests have free daily access to the indoor swimming pool “Magna Aqua” near the main reception.
Opening hours are displayed at the pool entrance.

Coffee Machines:
- Choose from a regular filter machine, Senseo, Nespresso, or Dolce Gusto.
- There will be a starting selection of coffee and tea in the bungalow.
Additional Features:
- In the storage room: washing machine and a beachwagon for easy transport.
- The storage room is accessible via the side entrance next to the front door using one of the keys.
- In the bedrooms: crib (excluding bedding) and 2 high chairs.
Service Set:
- For your convenience, a service set with basic cleaning supplies (sponge, dishcloth, dish brush, etc) is available.

Reporting Issues

Urgent Issues: Please notify us on your arrival day if you encounter any urgent issues or damage.
Non-Urgent Issues: Report these on the departure form at the end of your stay. We will address them after your departure.

Guests and Visitors

Family and friends are welcome to visit. If they plan to stay overnight, please inform us in advance so we can register them for local taxes.

Departure Information

Check-out: By 10:00 on your departure day.
Leave the keys on the dining table / key rack.
Please leave the house tidy and swept clean. Our team will handle the final cleaning.
